1. నేను special duty అప్లై చేశాను. Attendanceమార్క్ చేయాలా?
జ : అవును. మీరు duty చేసే ప్ర దేశంలో attendance app లో ఫోటో capture చేయాలి.
2. నేను deputation అప్లై చేశాను . Attendanceమార్క్ చేయాలా?
జ : అవును. మీరు duty చేసే ప్ర దేశంలో apply చేసిన DISE code ఉన్న దగ్గర attendance app
లో ఫోటో capture చేయాలి.
3. నేను attendance mark చేస్తుంటే “ seems like away from the school” అని మా స్కూల్ లోని
వారందరికీ వస్తుంటే ఏమి చేయాలి?
జ : మీరు మీ స్కూల్ వివరాలను మీ MIS కి తెలియ చేస్తే వారు district attendance నోడల్ person ద్వారా మీ సమస్య ను పరిష్కరిస్తారు
4. నేను attendance mark చేస్తుంటే “ person in the captured image is not matching with the registered person. Please capture again” అని వస్తుంటే ఏమి చేయాలి?
జ : మీరు మీ స్కూల్ complex HM లాగిన్ లో రీ రిజిస్టర్ అవ్వవలెను
5. నేను attendance app లో ప్ర తిరోజూdata ని synchronize చేయాలా ?.
జ : మీరు ప్ర తిరోజూ data ని synchronize చేయనవసరం లేదు.
6. నేను offline లో attendance app లో attendance వేయవచ్చునా ?
జ : వేయవచ్చు. మీరు ఎప్పుడు network కి connect అయినప్పుడు ఆటోమేటిక్ గా data update అవుతుంది
7. సస్పెండ్ అయిన ఉపాధ్యాయుడు విషయం ఏమి చేయాలి?
జ : అతనిని district లాగిన్ లో in active మోడ్ లో ఉంచాలి
8. VRS/retired అయిన ఉపాధ్యాయుడు విషయం లో ఏమి చేయాలి?
జ : అతనిని district లాగిన్ లో delete చేయాలి.
9. Blind మరియు రెండు చేతులు లేని ఉపాధ్యాయుడు విషయం లో ఏమి చేయాలి?
జ : అటవంటి వ్యక్తి హాజరు వేయనవసరం లేదు. వారి సెలవులనుమాత్రం వారి లాగిన్ లో ఇతరుల సహాయంతో అప్లై చేయాలి.
10.Disecode తో లాగిన్ అయినప్పుడు “ 174 : Can not find Column 2 “ విషయం లో ఏమి చేయాలి?
జ : అటవంటి పాఠశాలలు స్కూల్ attendance app లో Sign up అయియ ఆ పాఠశాల కు సంబందించిన వివరాలు నమోదు చేయాలి.
11.“Pleaseconnect to internet and try again” error విషయం లో ఏమి చేయాలి?
జ : Offline లో attendance mark చేయాలి.
12.“Object reference not set to an instance of an object” error విషయం లో ఏమి చేయాలి?
జ : Temporarily error. కొద్దీ సేపటి తర్వాత నార్మల్ గా వస్తుంది
